Africa’s unique landscapes and their biodiversity are the foundation of the ecosystem services that ensure human existence.
Oppenheimer Generations Research & Conservation has founded research centres in five diverse locations, each representing a landscape home to many endangered, endemic and range-restricted African species and threatened habitats. Four of these locations are properties under OGRC stewardship.
Our research centres bring research and practice together. All are open to visiting researchers and contribute learnings to the land, local communities, and best practice on conservation and land management in Africa and the world.
